Account and Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with the app published on the Google Play Store, follow the instructions below to submit your request. Your request will be processed as described.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and personal data, follow the steps below:
- Send an email to our support team at filipecalm@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- Include the following information:
- Full name
- Email address registered in the app
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Our team will process your request within 5 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request the deletion of your account, all of the following data will be deleted from our servers:
- Login information (username, email address, password)
- History of interactions or records within the app
What Data Will Be Retained?
After your account is deleted, we may retain certain information to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as:
- Financial or transactional data, if applicable
- Audit records, as required by local law
Additional Retention Period
Certain data may be retained for up to 12 months after deletion, as required by local law or data retention policies.
